The following terms and conditions apply to transactions by ZiiLink. If you are a Ziina User, these terms apply in addition to those set out in the Agreement between you and Ziina.

• Ziina will process data (including personal data) about you and this transaction as set out in Ziina's privacy policy at ziina.com/privacy and you consent to such processing;

• You are solely responsible for the content of, and any harm resulting from, any content that you submit, post, upload,link to or otherwise make available in connection with this transaction;

• You must carefully check the amount and payee in connection with this transaction. Ziina has no liability in connection with this transaction, save as imposed by applicable law and regulation;

• Any fee payable by you to Ziina in connection with this transaction will be displayed before you confirm the payment - by proceeding with the transaction, you agree that any relevant fee which is payable by you as the sender will be added to the specified transaction amount.
